Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the time of order/ receipt date to return your item or request a return.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damaged, worn, used, and without tags or original packaging are not eligible for return or refund. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will email you instructions on how and where to send your package. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred in returning orders. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you to inspect it immediately. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. This prompt communication will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate steps to rectify it to your satisfaction.

Re-Stocking Fees & Non-returnable items:
All items will require us to charge a 20% restocking fee. Sale items, gift cards, custom orders and personalized clothing cannot be returned, they are all final sale.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within the allotted time frame, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Warranty:

All warranty for sold products on ROW Inspection and Safety Services online store shall be communicated through the manufacture of the product who themselves will determine warranty outcomes for their own specific products.

Shipping:

All shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on stock availability at the distribution center. Please note that only fulfilled complete orders with all products will be shipped (no partial orders). Shipping fees will be identified at checkout. If you require an order by a specific date, please contact us and we will try our very best to accommodate your requirements. This could potentially result in additional shipping costs. ROW Inspection and Safety Services only ships within Canada.

Please Note: Customers are required to provided accurate address information for shipping packages to. If provided information is not correct and packages are resent back to the sender the purchaser is responsible to repay for the shipping costs again at there own expense.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Upon receipt and processing of the return, we will credit you for your total purchase price (not including any shipping charges). Please keep in mind that credit card issuers vary in the time they take to post credits.
