Develop task specific Job Safety Analysis which includes breaking down the work task into steps by identifying hazards and specific controls for each task and to mitigate risk.

We offer dedicated hazard identification training sessions in person and online training courses designed to educate and equip clients, managers, and supervisors with the practical skills and tools necessary to train their own workforce in recognizing and controlling hazards.

Educate clients on how to properly use a risk matrix to identify pre and post severity levels once controls have been identified to lower the residual risk to an adequate level to proceed with the work task safely.

Perform either formal or informal site specific inspections and complete a Daily Safety Report as required and provide findings.

Complete task or asset specific Focus Inspections for regulatory assurance and compliance.

Incident Investigations

Provide guidance on Federal and Provincial reporting requirements.

Gather incident required documentation that pertains to the event as per the clients reporting requirements and investigation methods.

Conduct event interviews with client workers and frontline supervisor.

Complete a root cause analysis investigation to determine the true root cause(s) of the event. (unemotional fact-based investigation). ROW is trained in various root cause analysis system methods.

Assist client in the development of corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.

Educate clients on the findings from the investigation.

Auditing corrective actions to verify implementation and completion.

Case management coaching to assist in return-to-work plans for injured workers.
